Where is the meeting point?
Our wardrobe is located just off the main street in Bansko, near the Gondola. For security and organization, we send the exact Google Maps link and address instantly to your email after booking.
Is the equipment really included?
Yes. The price includes the private lesson AND full ski equipment (skis, boots, poles). Helmets are usually available for free or a small fee depending on stock.
Do I need to pay for the lift pass?
Yes, lift passes are sold separately by the resort (Bansko Ski Zone). You will need a valid lift pass to use the lifts.
Can I book for a complete beginner?
